Blade Has Had It with These Mother@#$%ing Vampires on This Mother@#$%ing Plane in Next Week’s Avengers #14

The War of the Vampires kicks off in next week’s issue of Avengers, hoping to get its name out there before the bigger War of the Realms starts up and engulfs the Marvel Universe in super-mega-crossover event madness. And it begins, in a preview of next week’s issue, in the most spectacular way possible: with Vampires on a Plane.

Dracula’s forces have been massacred and Drac himself is missing, so his remaining followers are attempting to flee before they meet the same fate. Unfortunately, they’ve chosen to fly commercial and someone has eaten the pilot. That forces Captain Marvel and Blade to take control of the situation.

It looks like it’s best to keep your seatbelts fashioned and your trays in the¬†upright position.

Avengers #14 hits stores next Wednesday.

About Jude Terror

A prophecy says that in the comic book industry's darkest days, a hero will come to lead the people through a plague of overpriced floppies, incentive variant covers, #1 issue reboots, and super-mega-crossover events.

Scourge of Rich Johnston, maker of puns, and seeker of the Snyder Cut, Jude Terror, sadly, is not the hero comics needs right now... but he's the one the industry deserves.
