Jason Aaron's Thor Run Ends Not with a Bang, But with a 4-Issue Mini-Series in King Thor #4 [Preview]

Jason Aaron's epic Thor run finally ended with War of the Realms… but things are Marvel don't die quickly and suddenly (unless they're a new comic launched as an "ongoing" and suddenly stealth-canceled without warning in the solicits). Thus, Aaron's run needed a 4-issue mini-series to truly wrap things up, and the final issue of that, King Thor #4, is in stores next week. We've got a preview below.

Basically, Gorr is killing the universe, and Thor can't stop him. Of course, this takes place in a future that will be rewritten by another writer in the future, so it doesn't really matter, but we'll just go with it for now.

This preview is all over the place though. First, we see Thor ending the world.

But will this come to pass?

You could always read spoilers in the library, where they've got a bunch of outtakes that didn't make it into Aaron's run proper.

There's always room for a commercial for Aaron's other book.

And some waxing philosophical besides.
