The Wolverine Apology Tour Begins in Next Week's Dead Man Logan #6

Old Man Logan is dying. Partially, it's due to taking all that Regenix, a healing factor drug that's slowly eating away at his body. But mostly it's because his younger self has come back from the dead, and it's tipped the scales as far as Wolverines that can exist in a single universe at the same time (which is seventeen). One has to go, and that one is Old Man Logan.

But before that, there's still another 7 issues of the Dead Man Logan mini-series in which to drag out Logan's long, slow death. In next week's Dead Man Logan #6, Logan will come face to face with his younger counterpart. But first, with the end just months away, Logan decides it's time to make amends, which means finding people he's wronged and apologizing. Starting with Captain America…

To be fair, who could really blame an X-Man for trying to kill Captain America? The dude is a total dick. Just think about what he did during Avengers vs. X-Men, invading a sovereign nation to demand the X-Men hand over an innocent teenager to be imprisoned on the moon for a future crime she might commit while under the influence of a bird-themed cosmic death god.. You know what, we're not going to get into it again.

Captain America can't even take an apology graciously…

Now that that's settled, time to get along with dying… in another 7 issues. You know what would be a real swerve? If they just killed Logan off in issue #9 and made the remaining three issues about Glob Herman.

Dead Man Logan #6 hits stores next Wednesday.
