Twitch Heads Back to San Diego For TwitchCon 2019

Twitch has officially released the dates for the North American version of TwitchCon 2019, confirming that the event is returning to San Diego this year. It's been a few years since the convention was held in the city, going back to 2016, but the con will take place in the San Diego Convention Center from September 27th-29th. 2019 will be the convention's 5th anniversary.

No other details were released about plans for the convention or what they'll have in store this year, but it is still seven months out. There was a little bit of info released by the company for those looking to hold a booth and sponsorship opportunities, but that's it. Hopefully, we'll hear more about the event come April when they start finalizing some of the big company names to attend.
