United States Ups Spoiler Threat Level to Severe as 18 Countries Will See Avengers: Infinity War Early

For North American fans of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, the last week of April is going to be a rough week for avoiding spoilers. Avengers: Infinity War, it seems, will be released a week early all around the world, providing international viewers ample opportunity to spoil the events of the highly anticipated film for fans in the US and Canada.

This week, India joined the growing list of countries that will get to see Avengers: Infinity War early, with the movie set to be released to the population of 1.324 billion people who have the opportunity to post spoilers to social media and ruin the movie for you. ComicBook.com reports that the other countries getting the film early include France, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Sweden, Brazil, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Singapore, Bulgaria, Japan, Spain, Turkey, the UK, and Vietnam. Spoiler attacks could strike North American fans from any direction, and we are hardly prepared for it.

For the most part, we are pretty friendly with most of the countries who will be seeing the movie early. But could you imagine if a country like North Korea were to get their hands on spoilers for Avengers: Infinity War? It's already believed that the country has the capability of launching an ICBM missile that could reach the United States. A launch last week prompted experts to believe that a North Korean nuclear missile launched as part of a test could potentially strike Washington DC. While experts do not yet believe that Pyonyang has the ability to attach a nuclear warhead to such a missile, what if Kim Jong Un were to attach Avengers: Infinity War spoilers to an ICBM and launch it at the United States? Our anti-spoiler missile shield could potentially strike down such a rocket before it landed and revealed crucial details about the movie, but that shield is believed to be only 50% effective at best.

In the face of so much looming Avengers: Infinity War spoiler danger, it's probably best to just stay off social media beginning on April 25th until finally arriving at the theaters on May 4th. Except for Bleeding Cool, of course. You should still read Bleeding Cool. And yes, we will definitely spoil the here as soon as the reports from our allies around the world start pouring in. But it's different when we do it.
