Nintendo Releases Two Trailers For The Next Classic Editions

It's really interesting to see how Nintendo presents itself and the products they make to the world. Today, the company released two different trailers featuring two different perspectives from what is basically the same product. First, we go to Japan where they created a six-minute trailer for the upcoming release of the Super Famicom Classic Mini, where Nintendo have taken the time to present the system in a bright light and feature everything it has to offer as a way to entice fans into buying it. You can watch the video below as it goes over all the games, including the unreleased Star Fox 2.

Meanwhile, those of us in the west get what can best be described as a dumbed-down version as we're given an ad that looks like it was taken off a crummy VHS copy from 1991, meshed with the feeling of a commercial from the era in HD. Yeah, it all looks "radical", but it just feels like Nintendo chose to focus more on selling it to their home country audience more than anywhere else in the world. Pre-orders are still happening as we speak as you can purchase the Super NES Classic Edition for $80 on September 29, or at least until supplies run out again.
