Hot on the heels of President Donald Trump's announcement that the United States will pull out of the Paris climate change agreement, DC Comics has announced a contest to give away five copies of Superman Science, a book by Agnieszka Biskup that aims to teach readers about the real life science behind some of Superman's powers. A description of the book, which was released in March, is as follows:

Superman is the World's Greatest Hero! With super-strength, lightning speed, laser vision, and the ability to fly, he keeps Earth safe. But what is the science behind strength, speed, sight, and flight? And does anything or anyone in our world have similar abilities to Superman? Superman Science explores how real-life science and engineering relates to the Man of Steel's famous powers—and the real-world connections may surprise you.

Sounds exciting! Whether you were elected to represent the citizens of Paris or Pittsburgh, or not elected at all, you can enter the contest by clicking here.

A prophecy once said that in the comic book industry's darkest days, a hero would come to lead the people through a plague of overpriced floppies, incentive variant covers, #1 issue reboots, and super-mega-crossover events. Sadly, that prophecy was wrong. Oh, Jude Terror was right. For ten years. About everything. But nobody listened. And so, Jude Terror has moved on to a more important mission: turning Bleeding Cool into a pro wrestling dirt sheet!
