Manga publisher Yen Press has announced a distribution deal with Amazon-owned digital comics behemoth comiXology that sees 1200 manga titles launching today on the platform. Included amongst those titles are a manga based on the video game Kingdom Hearts, a manga based on the popular sparkly vampire novel series Twilight, a manga based on the novel Interview With The Vampire, a manga that appears to be based on the TV show Gossip Girl, and Full Metal Alchemist.

“Since 2006 Yen Press has focused on bringing outstanding popular and unique manga titles to English-readers – so we couldn’t be happier introducing comiXology readers to the Yen Press digital catalog,” said Yen Press Publisher Kurt Hassler in a press release. “With over 1200 titles to choose from – including Puella Magi Madoka Magica, Akame ga KILL! and Sword Art Online – we’re sure there’s a title here for everyone.

Right now, there are less than 200 titles available to browse on comiXology, and it’s not clear when the other 1000 will be up, but the ones you’re probably most interested in – the ones mentioned above – don’t lie, you know love Twilight – are there, so go and check them out if that kind of thing is your bag.

About Jude Terror

A prophecy says that in the comic book industry's darkest days, a hero will come to lead the people through a plague of overpriced floppies, incentive variant covers, #1 issue reboots, and super-mega-crossover events.

Scourge of Rich Johnston, maker of puns, and seeker of the Snyder Cut, Jude Terror, sadly, is not the hero comics needs right now... but he's the one the industry deserves.
