NECA's TMNT 1990 1/4 Scale Shredder Fully Revealed

NECA continues their stellar TMNT 1990 1/4 scale figure line with the Turtles ultimate enemy Shredder. Oroku Saki will come with a detailed scan, 30 points of articulation, a spear, a knife, interchangeable hands, a cape, and a removeable mask. He will fit in perfectly with the already released Turtles and the also upcoming Foot Soldier from the film. Shredder will run you around $120, but for this quality product that is a steal. Hopefully this mens we can get Splinter, April, and Casey Jones eventually.

One thing collectors are hoping for is that this figure and the Foot Solider can come out in the 7 inch scale like the Turtles did. Rights issues may prevent that, but hopefully that hurdle can be cleared. As much as we all love these 1/4 scale versions, the 7 inch ones are some of the best figures made ever, period. Fingers crossed.

Check out the figure below, and place a preorder for your very own right here. It will be available in spring/summer.

NECA TMNT Movie Shredder 6

From the 1990 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie! After wading in a puddle of radioactive waste, four radical reptiles are transformed into New York City's greatest crime-fighting quartet. Their biggest enemy? The Shredder, ruthless leader of the Foot Clan, a criminal organization that's terrorizing the city.

This highly-detailed action figure stands 18" tall and features 30 points of articulation, including double elbows, to showcase Shredder's steely skills. Shredder comes with a removable soft goods cape, removable mask, spear, and knife with sheath.
