Rapper 2 Milly Claims He's Suing Epic Games Over Fortnite Emote

Looks like stealing someone's dance moves is about to go next-level as 2 Milly says he's planning to sue Epic Games over a Fortnite emote. The action in question is the emote called Swipe It which has been in the game for a while as a purchasable addition to your character that you can use in the middle of gameplay. According to the rapper, the choreography matches a dance he came up with called Milly Rock, which dates back to 2014. We got both of them for you here to looks at and you can see there's a significant resemblance.

2 Milly told CBS News that he plans to sue the company over the dance. However, we're guessing it won't get that far. If Epic Games and 2 Milly are both smart about the situation, he'll start getting a royalty check soon from what is currently the biggest game on the planet right now. It's not like Epic couldn't afford it. Plus, a lawsuit would drag this out for months, maybe a year or two, at which point the game may either lose luster or they could simply just take the emote down and replace it. Either way, we're guessing there will be a settlement and payout long before it sees a judge. But those of you hoping for a Drake emote… this may have just killed that ever happening.
