Hyrule Warriors: Definitive Edition Gets a Third Character Trailer

As we continue to wind our way down to the release of Hyrule Warriors: Definitive Edition, Nintendo is now starting to show off all of the characters they can from specific series to get fans of those games on board. The latest addition to the trailer mix is a look at all of the characters in the game from The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker. The four characters you get to check out in this one are Toon Link, Tetra (who, SPOILERS, is basically this game's version of a yet-to-be-revealed Zelda), Medli, and King Daphnes. We also get a pretty good look at the Helmaroc King in one of the major battles from the game.

Wind Waker may not be everyone's favorite Zelda title, even I admit that I kinda glossed over it when it was released on the Game Cube. But the game has a hardcore audience who love it for what it is, which is basically an artistic risk-taking game at a time when Nintendo was playing with what they could do on a disc-supported console. Fans of the series should have fun playing with them in the game as it's set to be released on the Nintendo Switch on May 18th.
