Merged Zamasu Rumored as Next Dragon Ball FighterZ Character

According to the latest rumor mill, which does have some stuff to back it up, it appears one of the next DLC characters on the way for Dragon Ball FighterZ will be Merged Zamasu. The news is coming from social media reports that V-Jump, a gaming publication in Japan, has been tapped as being the source where Bandai Namco will reveal the next character of the game, and that leaks coming from members of the staff indicate that Merged Zamasu is who they’re currently writing about. Since the last DLC pack of characters was a dual release of Bardock and Broly, one could easily guess that this is just the first character of a pair to be released later.

Since this rumor is so early and unpredictable as to how they’ll be programmed into the game, we can’t really give you a guess of a moveset or how they will play into the game in general. The primary thing that non-Dragon Ball fans should know is that the character is a merging of Goku Black and Future Zamasu, with powers that are basically so massive they can’t be measured. So, inevitably, the company are adding the closest thing to a god from this universe they can in Dragon Ball FighterZ.
