More Comets Coming in Fortnite to Destroy the Island's Locations

After the recent comet hit Tilted Towers in Fortnite, a lot of people assumed that was a one and done kind of event and we could simply move onto the event that they're setting up. Not so fast, kids. There's more of this on the way. The Twitter account Fortnite Intel got a couple of tweets up today showing that there are multiple comets headed our way and that if you point your sniper rifle at them, they make a sound!

Is this a sign that the rest of the locations in Fortnite are basically doomed and that we'll be seeing a ton of weird items crashing into the ground like the weird egg some people found under Tilted Towers? Who the hell knows. Epic Games isn't giving much away other than the next event will be space themed, so whatever assumptions people may have as to what's really going on my game tossed out the window very shortly as it looks like the island is on the verge of getting changed drastically for a while.
