Hasbro Reveals a Wearable Infinity Gauntlet From Marvel Legends

Hasbro has started their reveals ahead of this weekends New York Toy Fair and this one os a doozy. Their Marvel Legends role play items will now include a wearable, light-up, jaw-droppingly awesome Infinity Gauntlet from the upcoming Avengers: Infinity War film.

MARVEL LEGENDS SERIES INFINITY GAUNTLET

(Age Adult/Approx. Retail Price: $99.99/Available: Spring 2018)

Harness the power of the universe with this 1:1 full-scale INFINITY GAUNTLET! Measuring 19.5 inches long, this collectible role play gauntlet features premium sculpting and articulated fingers that can be clenched into a fist. Includes electronic light and sound effects that illuminate all six Infinity Stones when the gauntlet is activated. Requires 3 AA batteries, not included. Available at most major retailers and on HasbroToyShop.com.

Wow. Just wow. 1:1 scale, with articulated fingers and light up Infinity Stones? That is full on insanity. $100 is nothing for something like this. I have their Captain America shield and Star Lord helmet already, on top of the Stormtrooper and Kylo Ren helmets over on the Star Wars side. I have yet to be disappointed by any of these. This may just be the ultimate replica though. There had been leaks of this thing for a week or so, and seeing actual HD pics, I am floored. The sculpting on this thing is so impressive. I am sure it will be heavy, but since it will be made of flexible plastic it may not be too bad. I am so glad they made the fingers articulated, the Gauntlet needs to have that kind of flexibility to be special.

I am sold 1000 percent. This will be on display this weekend at Toy Fair, and you better believe that I will be getting a much closer look for everyone while there. This will be in stores presumably in April or May, since that is when the film hits.

Stay tuned all weekend for much more from Toy Fair.
