Back to the Future Comes to Manga from One-Punch Man's Yusuke Murata

Back to the Future is coming to comics again. Manga creator Yusuke Murata is working on a manga series called BTTF, which will be based on the original 1985 movie. Supervising the production is Bob Gale, the original film's writer. Murata revealed the news at a press event for Ready Player One, as reported by Anime News Network.

The comic will be published online as a web series, with a collected, printed first volume coming as soon as April 20th. It's unclear whether the manga will see a translated U.S. release, and how that would work with regional licensing deals. BOOM! Studios has been publishing Back to the Future comics for a while, but if you think there will be too many Back to the Future comics going at once, just think about how many DeLoreans there were back in 1955.
