Good news for those of you wishing to play more Sea Of Thieves‘ beta! Rare has sent out a notice on Twitter and in a press release letting players know that the beta has officially been extended due to the fact that people are having login issues. Below is a tweet sent out by the company today as well as finer details emailed out to the media by Microsoft about the extension. This is really awesome news because even as we’ve posted our own coverage of the beta, we too have been experiencing issues getting online. We hope to see you at sea this week!
Update: we’re extending the #SeaOfThieves Closed Beta by two days as we know some players are having a rocky time getting into the game. We’ve posted a Closed Beta Studio Update here: https://t.co/mrgxdjN5W8 pic.twitter.com/v3YBfpuW7i
