Paul Bettany Teases An "Exciting Plotline" For Vision And Scarlet Witch In Avengers: Infinity War

There are plenty of legendary couples in Marvel Comics but as soon as they announced that Vision and Scarlet Witch were joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe, fans were wondering if the two of them were going to end up together. There were plenty of hints about it in Captain America: Civil War but we don't know anything concrete yet. Paul Bettany recently did a Q&A at Wizard World Comic-Con in Chicago and Fansided got a copy. He didn't give away much but he did tease the relationship between himself as Vision and Elizabeth Olsen as Scarlet Witch.

"I think, for both Lizzie and I, it's the most exciting plotline of each of us so far," Bettany said.

Scarlet Witch is one of the most powerful characters in the current state of the Marvel universe but the fate of Vision is the one people are talking about. There have been some hints that he could survive if the Mind Stone is removed from his head but we don't know that for sure. If they got the two of them together just to kill him off to help "unlock" Wanda that would make him the second important man in her life to die. Bettany and Olsen have good chemistry so it's going to be interesting to see this play out for Vision and Scarlet Witch In Avengers: Infinity War.

Avengers: Infinity War, directed by Anthony and Joe Russo, stars Robert Downey Jr., Josh Brolin, Mark Ruffalo, Tom Hiddleston, Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Jeremy Renner, Chris Pratt, Elizabeth Olsen, Sebastian Stan, Benedict Cumberbatch, Paul Bettany, Chadwick Boseman, Benedict Wong, Zoe Saldana, Karen Gillan, Vin Diesel, Dave Bautista, Pom Klementieff, Scarlett Johansson, Don Cheadle, Tom Holland, Bradley Cooper, Sean Gunn, and Anthony Mackie. It will be released on May 4th, 2018.
