CNN's Jake Tapper Explains How Superman Cuts His Hair

CNN news anchor Jake Tapper doesn't just play a journalist on television. He's also a cartoonist whose comic strip, Capitol Hell, appeared in the Washington DC newspaper Roll Call from 1994 to 2003. So when Tapper was asked a question whose answer is familiar to many comic book readers but a mystery to the uninitiated, Tapper drew on his love of comics to produce the most worthy piece of journalism to ever come out of anyone associated with CNN:
