Brüssli: Way of the Dragon Boy Gets Trailer and Contest

Humanoids has sent us a new trailer and some preview pages for their new book, Brüssli: Way of the Dragon Boy. That is pronounced "Bruce Lee"… The new graphic novel hits book stores tomorrow and comics shops on Wednesday and to go with the release, the publisher is doing a contest… details below.

Here is the synopsis for the book from the creative team of Jean-Louis Fonteneau and J. Etienne

Beak-faced Brussli is bullied by the village children. Curious about his true origins, the dauntless "Dragon Boy," sets off on a quest of adventure and discovery. What he finds, however, turns his world upside down and puts him face-to-face with a unique cast of fantastical fairies, talking rabbits, wily wolves, battle-hardened nuns, demonic beings, and much much more, in this hysterical and heartwarming comedy adventure.

And all the details on the contest:

CONTEST: In honor of the upcoming release of Brüssli: Way of the Dragon Boy, we wanted to have a bit of a fun contest (Similar to The Eyes of the Cat contest). In case you couldn't tell from the title, Brüssli's name is pronounced just like legendary actor Bruce Lee.

Throughout the book, Brüssli even does his best imitation of the kung-fu master while on his quest to prove himself.

We want you to send in photos of your best Bruce Lee/Brüssli impression/pose. Whether it is a video or a photo, the choice is yours.

Comment here or post with the ‪#‎hashtag ‪#‎BeLikeBrussli. You can also send in your entry to contest@humanoids.com – please remember to make sure the post is public or else we cannot view it.

Contest begins today and is open until August 28, 2016! Winner will receive a copy of Brüssli: Way of the Dragon Boy! – more info here.
