Jae Lee's Retailer Exclusive Cover For Harley Quinn #1

Jae Lee's latest retailer exclusive cover has been released and it's for Harley Quinn #1 for Dynamic Forces. This goes with the 35 other covers Rich was able to find a few days back. There are so many things going on here… Harley is in roller derby gear, she's freeing dogs that are being experimented on by Lexcorp, there appears to be a nod to the old Coppertone bikini advertisement and for some reason she's carrying an antique key. If this doesn't directly connect to the story inside the comic… and most of the time covers don't anymore… then I want to know what the story that is going on in Lee's mind for it.
