Trailer For Powers Season 2 Includes Michael Madsen And Wil Wheaton

I didn’t watch the first season of Powers on the Playstation Network. Mainly because I don’t have a subscription and really don’t want one. But I did pick it up on DVD when the series came out and I enjoyed it. The acting was pretty good, the writing was strong, but it never felt as slick and expensive as a Netflix or HBO series. It fit more in range with something on Syfy. Which is not a bad thing, The Magicians is one of my favorite show right now… but you can tell the difference in budgets.

The first season gave us Michelle Forbes and Eddie Izzard. The second season gives us Michael Madsen and Wil Wheaton¬†and kicks off on May 31st. I’m still not subscribing to PSN, but I will look for the series when it hits DVD again.
