To those following the news on Killer Instinct Season 3, this shouldn't be too surprising. Recently, it was teased that a guest character was coming, and there wasn't too much room for interpretation.

But, just as clean up, The Arbiter from the Halo series has now been confirmed for the game as a guest character. You can see him in action in this video, using all kinds of Halo tricks to beat out his opponent. Also, you can take a look at the pretty cool looking Halo themed map. There is a lot going on in there.
