PSA: Subscriptionless The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited Is Live Today

So, I'm going to be interested to see what this does for the The Elder Scrolls Online's player base.

Today, the game's Tamriel Unlimited edition goes live. For those of you who have forgotten, that's the version that does away with the pricey subscription model. This is what many have claimed to be waiting for, so seeing how many people jump into what I think is a pretty cool game will be intriguing reading.

Be wary though. The game isn't free-to-play. There is still an initial buy-in cost from stores making the game…buy-to-play, which just sounds ridiculous when you say it out loud. Welcome to the modern games industry I suppose.
