NewKadia Announces $50,000 Comic Giveaway And Free Shipping
Still referring to themselves as the world's largest on-line comic book store, NewKadia has recently announced a $50,000 comic giveaway and unlimited free shipping based on an Amazon.com model.
The Contest – 4 random winners will be chosen each day to received up to $550 in gift cards. 400 total winners will be chosen. The gift cards can be used to purchase comics from NewKadia's back-issue comic books. Details of the contest are available here. Anyone who has purchased from their website from August 1st of 2005 to January 28th of this year is automatically entered.
Free Shipping – This is based on the Amazon Prime model where you pay a flat rate and you get unlimited shipping for a certain period of time. In this case you pay $9.99 and you get everything shipped for free for four months. So its free shipping after you pay the initial amount.
