Savage Avengers #0 Will Spoil Savage Avengers #11

Marvel Comics will be publishing Savage Avengers #0 in February, reprinting Uncanny X-Men #190 and #191 by Chris Claremont and John Romita Jr that featured the Conan-related sorceror Kulan Gath, as well as a holding story by Gerry Duggan and Greg Smallwood that reunites Doctor Strange and Magik on the island of Krakoa. Along with the ultimate in refillable glasses of wine.

I am told that part of the reason for the visit is that Doctor Strange is recruiting Magik – not for Strange Academy – but to take down a newly repowered Kulan Gath, And refers back to Savage Avengers #11 for how Strange revealed the source of his new power, teased in the solicitation.

The only thing is that Savage Avengers #11 won't be published until March. So the revelation that Kulan Gath is [INVISO SPOILER TEXT ON] a cannibal who has been feasting on hundreds of sorcerors to take their memories and power may come a little earlier. Hmm. Turns out that it came even earlier than that.
