Was That Really a Dodgy Chan Reference in Today's Action Comics #1011?

Forgive me if I don't provide a link. As the Encylopaedia Dramatica defines the 12chan message board, thus:

12chan is similar to 4chan in that it is a group that trades objectionable pictures and material; however, 12chan takes it one step further. It is used as a place where all the material that is illegal to post on 4chan is traded. In this forum, pictures of what is termed "jail bait" and other pro-pedophile images are passed around.

There you go. So this panel from today's Action Comics #1011 did stick out a little.

Was That Really a 12Chan Reference in Today's Action Comics #1012

Was this Bendis trying to create a fictional alternative to 4chan and coming up, accidentally, with something real and far more objectionable? Did no one google to make sure first? Will this get amended for the trade – or the digital version swapped out for something else?

Let's wait and find out…
