Blasters Of The Universe Offers a Free Weekend Of Play

Secret Location has decided to offer you a free weekend of play for their VR bullet hell shooter Blasters Of The Universe this week. You'll be able to battle the nerd-turned-evil-god Grand Master Alwyn and his relentless waves of harrowing minion hordes beginning on Friday, May 3rd at 10am PDT all the way until Sunday, May 6th at Midnight PDT. Once the free weekend ends the game will go back on sale for $15 for Oculus, Vive, and PSVR. Here's a little more info on the game if you've never played it before.

Blasters Of The Universe Offers a Free Weekend Of Play

Blasters of the Universe features a fluid combat system where players must physically duck, dodge, twist and turn their way through the onslaught of bullets in this nostalgic and heart-pumping VR shooter. Players can personalize combat styles by using a customizable weapon with over 130,000 possible loadout and blaster combinations to whoop ass any which way they please. Sadists left feeling in need of more challenges after completing the Campaign story mode can fully embrace bullet hell with the Endless mode's race to high-score heaven. There's even a far easier Casual mode for those a little less in tune with the ways of Alwyn's Inferno.
