Amazing Spider-Man #24 Gets a Mysterious New Logo

This is how Amazing Spider-Man #24 by Nick Spencer and Ryan Ottley was solicited, for June, with a 'mysterious' figure on the front cover with the text:

Just one issue away from Nick Spencer, Ryan Ottley, and Humberto Ramos' 25th issue of AMAZING SPIDER-MAN, this issue will raise the question of who this mysterious bandaged figure is. And a quote from editor Nick Lowe:

We'll also be seeing him in the big double page splash teaser in this Saturday's Free Comic Book Day Spider-Man edition. So no, not Sleepwalker. And now, in today's Marvel titles, a print ad that ads to the cover… a logo. In place of the more familiar Amazing Spider-Man logo.
