Worries From the Unboxing of March 2019's Cosmic Loot Crate

The biggest geek monthly subscription box going, Loot Crate, has been rather quiet of late. Some people are still worried after the collapse of rival loot boxes. And this month – or rather, last month's – Cosmic Loot Crate has contraindicatory suggestions of where this is all going.

Worries From the Unb March 2019's Cosmic Loot Crate, UnboxedThe Captain Marvel 3D Cosmic Standee is very nice, and a strong celebration of the origins of the character from the billion-dollar movie. Tick.

The Alien Facehugger Face Towel – okay it may not be the best facetowel in the world, and has memories of the Thanos infinity oven mitt, but at least no one will get literally burned on this one.

The Lost In Space Jupiter 2 Notebook is filler. As is the Captain Marvel Mini Movie Poster.

But it's the random short pulled from Loot Crate's overstock that worrie. That's the kind of trick subscription crates pull when they are in trouble… especially when you add to the lateness. We are told to expect the April Showdown crate around May 10th, featuring Marvel, Godzilla King Of The Monsters, Aquaman and more. And this follow up to the Captain Marvel bookend with one from Captain America.

When the May Nemesis crate, currently taking orders, will ship is as yet unknown. BLEEDINGCOOL code gets yu money off if you want to chance it.

Mind you the premium Loot Crate DX crate may have more to complain about, which shipped with the BSG Scar Cylon Raider from the  Sept 2016 Loot Crate, a Mal Little Damn Hero figure from the Firefly crates, the exclusive-but-now-reprinted Star Trek Mirror Universe #0 from the September 2017 crate and a 5th Element Multi Pass from a January 2016 crate. This is not how you build loyalty…

Here's an unboxing video…
