Erik Larsen, Lining Up a Little Marvel Comics Work…

Erik Larsen has been writing and drawing and publishing Savage Dragon for 27 years. Though he's actually been drawing him for more like 40. But he has taken on other projects in the interim. a little Fantastic Four here, a little Spawn there, a smidgen of Aquaman or Turtles too, and now he seems to have a little more Marvel work to add to all that.

It's good timing, there was certainly a lot of Erik Larsen in the Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse, the changing and blinking eye-size and even one of his comics popped up in the first few seconds of the movie.

Anyway, it's not a lot. But it's a couple of comic books wkrth at least. He writes…

And we're looking at classic Marvel characters too.

With Chris Claremont, Larry Hama, Peter David, Rob Liefeld, Whilce Portacio and more popping up at Marvel more and more of late, looks like that John Byrne comic can only be moments away…
