This March, Shout! Factory TV presents Super Sentai Madness! For three weekends, starting March 23, Shout! Factory TV will livestream an epic tournament of Super Sentai villains and their corresponding Sentai episodes on its service, on its Twitch channel and on its Pluto TV channel. “Chatting with other Ranger alums is a favorite pastime of mine and I’m thrilled to be doing it for Super Sentai Madness,” said Karan Ashley. “I can’t wait to see what battles the fans come up with.”
From the show that inspired Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, the Super Sentai franchise has given rise to some of pop culture’s fan-favorite villains. Super Sentai Madness’ Evil Eight will feature villains Witch Bandora of Zyuranger, Emperor Bacchus Wrath of Ohranger, Reckless Dash Emperor Exhaus of Carranger, Dr. Samejima of Megaranger, Captain Zahab of Gingaman, Grand Witch Grandiene of GoGoFive, Don Dolnero of Timeranger and The Org Master of Gaoranger.
Fans can see where the worldwide phenomenon began as the marathon streams episodes of the original Japanese series that provided footage for the Power Rangers franchise, presented in Japanese with English subtitles.
All episodes from these seasons of Super Sentai are also available on VOD from Shout! Factory TV.
