Red Sonja And Vampirella Meet Betty And Veronica From Amy Chu and Maria Laura Sanapo

It seems a day of crossovers, with a new Batman/Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles project announced this morning and now, from Dynamite Entertainment, an Archie crossover that sees Red Sonja And Vampirella Meet Betty And Veronica.

Archie Comics has seen Veronica become Vampironica previously, but this goes straight to the source. With a series from Amy Chu and Maria Laura Sanapo as an attempt to solve a string of paranormal, unsolved murders in Riverdale see a couple of unexpected visitors.

Amy Chu remembers "Archie was one of the few comics my Mom would buy for us now and then. We didn't have a lot of money growing up so my mom wasn't about to blow it all on comics. Whereas I've done quite a bit of Red Sonja to date, this is my first Archie book, and also Vampirella. Of course, there's the challenge of pulling it off, not every kind of story is suited for this kind of team up. What would bring these four women together? A mysterious spree of supernatural killings in Riverdale High, of course!"

Fans of these characters and newcomers alike will jump for joy when faced with the impossible decision of which covers to choose from. Why not collect them all?

With covers from Fay Dalton, Francesco Francavilla, Robert Hack, Laura Braga and Paulina Ganucheau and Dan Parent.
