Electronic Arts Provides an Update on Anthem's Issues

Yesterday we talked about how Anthem had been going through some issues with their VIP Demo, leading to people not being able to play. Overnight, we received an official response from Electronic Arts regarding the issues and what's going on.

"The main issue impacting the Anthem VIP demo on PC and PS4 has been resolved. Anyone who has had an issue on those platforms should restart the game and attempt to join again. Our team is still working on fixes for some of the issues we're seeing on Xbox One."

So good news for those on PC and PS4, not so great for the Xbox One folks trying to connect. Here's hoping that BioWare will do something for the fans in response to this, like having another Anthem demo weekend or maybe expanding this one. We shall see if anything else comes about from the demo this weekend, but for now, at least 2/3 of the playerbase can get in.
