If you’re like us and are also huge fans of Seth MacFarlane‘s The Orville, you’ll be thrilled to find out that La-La Land Records will be bringing out a two-disc set spanning all 12 of the premiere-season’s episodes comprising more than 2 and a half hours of music.

The Orville Season 1 Soundtrack

Composed by four multiple award-winning composers, including Bruce Broughton (Tombstone, Silverado, JAG), Joel McNeely (Air Force One, Dark Angel), John Debney (Greatest Showman), and Andrew Cottee (Sing, Beyond the Sea).

The Orville‘s opening theme has already been recognized by International Film Music Critics Association Awards as 2018’s Best Original Score for Television.

In speaking about their upcoming release, La-La Land Records Executive Producer, Matt Verboys said:

La-La Land Records is deeply honored to be releasing the astounding orchestral score to The Orville. Steeped in classic film scoring motifs, with exciting contemporary flourishes all its own, these episode scores demonstrate unequivocally how exceptional television music can be, and how high it can aspire.

Our friends over at La-La Lands have permitted us to exclusively share with you the track “Sucked In” from episode 8, “Into the Fold”. Composed by Joel McNeely, it’s a great way to set the mood while you’re getting ready to order your own copy.
