The Captain Marvel Empire Subscriber Cover is Gorgeous
There are several consistent things when it comes to media, and one of them is that the Empire subscriber cover is always, inevitably, a work of art. The regular covers are usually a bit more conventional, but if you're interested in a cover with art good enough to frame, then the subscriber cover is the way to go. Their March issue that is going to focus on Captain Marvel isn't any different. Empire revealed the cover, designed by Doaly, and it is gorgeous.
We'll still have to see what the regular cover looks like, but we can expect something a lot more conventional. Then again, Marvel has been doing a really good job with their poster art for this Marvel movie. Maybe the inevitable magazine covers can be just as good.
Summary: Carol Danvers becomes one of the universe's most powerful heroes when Earth is caught in the middle of a galactic war between two alien races.
Captain Marvel, directed by Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck, will also star Brie Larson, Jude Law, Gemma Chan, Djimon Hounsou, Lee Pace, Lashana Lynch, Samuel L. Jackson. The film is set for release on March 8th, 2019.
