‘Godzilla: King of the Monsters’ Second Trailer is Here!

After what feels like FOREVER, we finally have a second trailer for Legendary Pictures’ upcoming Godzilla: King of the Monsters!!

Legendary says about the film:

Following the global success of “Godzilla” and “Kong: Skull Island” comes the next chapter in Warner Bros. Pictures’ and Legendary Pictures’ cinematic MonsterVerse, an epic action adventure that pits Godzilla against some of the most popular monsters in pop culture history. The new story follows the heroic efforts of the crypto-zoological agency Monarch as its members face off against a battery of god-sized monsters, including the mighty Godzilla, who collides with Mothra, Rodan, and his ultimate nemesis, the three-headed King Ghidorah. When these ancient super-species—thought to be mere myths—rise again, they all vie for supremacy, leaving humanity’s very existence hanging in the balance.

We’re still SO INCREDIBLY EXCITED for this film. It looks to have so much of what makes the franchise enduring- monsters, spectacle, and an incredible score (this one from Emmy winning composer Bear McCreary).

The film is directed by Michael Dougherty, and stars Millie Bobby Brown, Kyle Chandler, Vera Farmiga, Bradley Whitford, Sally Hawkins, Charles Dance, Thomas Middleditch, O’Shea Jackson Jr., Ken Watanabe, and Zhang Ziyi.

Godzilla: King of the Monsters will roar into theaters on May 31st, 2019.
