Godzilla: King of the Monsters – New Sightings as the Monarch Sciences Site Gets an Update

As was pointed out a few days ago there has been some fun promotional tie in's for Godzilla: King of the Monsters. One of those tie in's is the Monarch Sciences website. The site has been active in various capacities since July and there have been a couple different things you can do. We got a special code of 251720614 decoded on the 20th of July and using that as your access code will give access to all three levels of information at three outposts.

There are three outposts we can click on; China, Anartica, and Mexico with each outpost providing info on various monsters. China is where we learn about Mothra, Anartica is where King Ghidorah is located, and Rodan is in Mexico. There are also several outposts that we can't click on which can give us some hints about other outposts. You can also track Godzilla as he moves all over the Pacific Ocean.

The site got an update today with two new monster sightings. The first one takes place in Thailand and looks a lot like Mothra.

That would be one of hell of a thing to see in the sky at night. The location lines up for the outpost for Mothra which is why we assume that's what it is.

The next one is straight out of the nightmares of anyone who has a fear of deep water. This appears to be a shot of someone swimming and seeing something very weird beneath them.

The biggest "nope" in the world from this writer. If you look at the Godzilla tracker it's quite obvious that's who this siting was.

If you'd like to be updated when things happen on the site follow the official twitter account. We should expect more little bits of information to drop in the lead up to the release date.

Summary: The next chapter in Warner Bros. Pictures' and Legendary Pictures' cinematic MonsterVerse: an epic action-adventure that pits Godzilla against some of the most popular monsters in pop culture history.

Godzilla: King of the Monsters, directed by Michael Dougherty, stars Vera Farmiga, Millie Bobby Brown, Bradley Whitford, Kyle Chandler, and Thomas Middleditch.

It's gonna roar into theaters on May 31st, 2019.
