Someone [Literally] Broke out Peaches for the 'Deadwood' Movie

Non-fans of HBO's Deadwood no doubt have no idea what peaches have to do with the wild west series. Fans however, will more than likely have the exact same reaction we did- SOMEONE GET THE CINNAMON.

W. Earl Brown as Dan Dority

Today, W. Earl Brown, who played Al Swearengen's (Ian McShane) right-hand man Dan Dority at the Gem Saloon on the series, posted this cryptic yet exciting photo to his various social media accounts:

"#DeadwoodReturns" is the only caption on it, and that's sort of all we need at this point.

HBO officially greenlit the long-gestating project back in July, after an on-off again production including numerous script updates and cast involvement rumors.

We also know that just last month, according to Brown, he went to a wardrobe fitting, so theoretically that means things are moving along at a nice clip.

We will of course let you know when we find out anything else about the project- casting, release date, etc. – until then, why not relive the series on Blu-ray[easyazon_link identifier="B00G575PM0" locale="US" tag="bleedingcoo07-20"]Deadwood: The Complete Series (BD) [Blu-ray][/easyazon_link].
