Production on Disney’s Jungle Cruise kicked off on July 31st and star Dwayne Johnson has taken to twitter to share a new behind-the-scenes video. He starts off the video by talking about some of the history of the ride and how excited he is to play this role. Then it pans out and we get a look at something pretty cool.

We get a look at the massive set that Johnson and the rest of the cast are filming on and it looks pretty cool. At the moment we only have a vague idea of what this movie is going to be about but it does have pretty kick-ass cast so we’ll have to see. Johnson loves to share behind-the-scenes things from his movies so we’re sure we’ll see more about Jungle Cruise in the coming months.

Summary: Based on Disneyland’s theme park ride where a small riverboat takes a group of travelers through a jungle filled with dangerous animals and reptiles, but with a supernatural element.

Jungle Cruise, directed by Jaume Collet-Serra, stars Dwayne Johnson, Emily Blunt, Jesse Plemons, Paul Giamatti, and Edgar Ramírez. It opens October 11, 2019.
