Secrets of Green Lanterns, Tamaranians, Thangarians, and Kryptonians in Superman #2 and Supergirl #21 [SPOILERS]

Brian Michael Bendis's run on Superman has already rewritten the history of Krypton, now revealed as destroyed by Rogol Zaar, attempting to wipe Kryptonians off the face of the galaxy for their colonialist ways.

So Superman #2 by Bendis, Ivan Reis, and Joe Prado shows a past for Thanagarians vs. Tamaranians…

And rather that Rogol Zaar as some kind of principled anti-colonialist, somehow as a mercenary battlechanger for the Thangarians…

And he's got his nose back then as well. While Bendis makes good on another promise…

…and brings back Nuclear Man.

Yup, the star of Superman IV: The Quest of Peace is a Kryptonian terrible secret. I mean, I think we can all agree on the terrible.

Though in today's Supergirl #21 by Marc Andreyko and Kevin Maguire we get a better look at Rogol Zaar's abandoned weapon. And a quick scan by a Green Lantern ring…
