Hollywood, look out, because a bunch of fabulous ladies are here to kick ass and take names. According to The Hollywood ReporterJessica Chastain, Marion Cotillard, Penelope Cruz, Fan Bingbing, and Lupita Nyong'o have all signed on to the female driven spy thriller 355 to be directed by Simon Kinberg. With Ocean's 8 right around the corner to have women take over the heist genre and rumbles within Marvel of an all-female superhero team (*cough*A-Force make it happen*cough*), it's time for ladies to dominate the spy genre. The story comes from an original idea from Chastain that seems to take the best of Jason Bourne or James Bond and adds the benefit of women supporting women to make it better.

The drama promises a globe-trotting adventure, with the five A-list actresses playing spies from international agencies who come together and overcome suspicions and conflicts as they battle to stop a global organization from thrusting the world into chaos. Along the way, strangers and enemies become comrades and friends, and a new spy sisterhood, code-named 355, is formed.

This is a "one (wo)man against the world" scenario but a group coming together. That isn't just the story but the intention that Chastain had when she came up with the idea and the casting.

"I see creating something like 355 as an opportunity and privilege to assemble a diverse group of women, all of whom have greatly influenced the film industry through their work, to join together equally and explore the bad ass world of international espionage and thrillers," said Chastain in a statement.

Kinberg went on to say that this is something he's never seen before and that it's a concept and story that he really believes in.

"It's something I've never seen, and it's something that I believe will be not only incredibly entertaining for today's global audience, but also something inspiring for an increasingly divided world," added Kinberg in his own statement.

There is currently no release date for 355, but whatever year it decides to come out it just jumped to the top of my "most-anticipated" list.
