We’ve been running lost of DC Comics collections of late thanks to a bevvy hitting online catalogues such as Edelweiss, Amazon, Penguin Random House and now the June solicits. So here are a few more. Some are the return of old favourites such as putting John Byrne‘s classic Superman & Batman: Generations, Howard Chaykin and Dan Brereton‘s Batman: Thrillkiller and Greg Rucka and Klaus Janson‘s Batman: Death And The Maidens back into print or the expected, such as getting a third box set of Scott Snyder and Greg Capullo‘s Batman.
We’ve also run listings for lots of Omnibuses and hardcovers, the reissuing of Chuck Dixon‘s Knightfall saga here and here, the cover to the Absolute Killing Joke, the relaunching of the Harley Quinn collections, the collection of Don McGregor and Gene Colan‘s Nathaniel Dusk, new 30th Anniversary editions of Sandman here and here, DC Comics’ Essential Line, Action Comics #1000 getting a hardcover, a new Justice League.
All these at a time when DC Comics are dropping their prices in the UK.
But there a few more of note. As Mera gets a DC Ink YA novel and her own series ahead of the Aquaman movie, so DC did into her back catalogue, with the first Aquaman by Jim Aparo. What image will they use for the cover though?

Rather than two lots of six issues, Mister Miracle will be going all in… even if June gives us a skip month.
Tom King, Mitch Gerads
20 November 2018 Trade Paperback
$24.99 300 pages
From Hugo Award-winning writer Tom King and artist Mitch Gerads, the team behind The Sheriff of Babylon, comes an ambitious new take on one of Jack Kirby’s most beloved New Gods in Mister Miracle! One of the best-reviewed series of the year and already a classic in the making, this Mister Miracle is magical, dark, intimate and unlike anything you’ve read before.
Scott Free is the greatest escape artist who ever lived. He even caught the attention of the Justice League, who has counted him among its ranks.
You might say Scott Free has everything—so why isn’t it enough? Mister Miracle has mastered every illusion, achieved every stunt, pulled off every trick—except one. He has never escaped death. Is it even possible? Our hero is going to have to kill himself if he wants to find out. Collects Mister Miracle #1-12.

Gardner Fox’s Adam Strange is also tipped for revival.
From one of comics’ most critically acclaimed authors, Gardner Fox, the Silver Age adventures of Adam Strange kick off in paperback as this classic DC archaeologist transforms into a cosmic hero!
Born at the dawn of the Space Age, planet-hopping adventurer Adam Strange embodies America’s fascination with all things extraterrestrial. Debuting in 1958 in the pages of DC Comics’ SHOWCASE, Adam Strange was an archaeologist working in South America when he was whisked away by a Zeta Beam to the futuristic planet Rann, which circled the star Alpha Centauri.
There, the displaced Earthman met and fell in love with the beautiful Alanna and kicked off a series of intergalactic adventures that bounced him back and forth on the Zeta Beam like a yo-yo, alternating between his normal life on Earth and defending Rann from a seemingly endless barrage of weird threats and invaders. ADAM STRANGE: THE SILVER AGE VOL. 1 collects the galaxy-spanning adventures of Adam Strange, first published in SHOWCASE #17-19 and MYSTERY IN SPACE #53-79.
But this may be my favourite, Legends Of The Dark Knight being reprinted and recut as Shaman
The classic Batman series from the 1990s is collected in a new graphic novel series with three tales by some of the Dark Knight’s greatest writers: Grant Morrison, Dennis O’Neil and Doug Moench.
First, in a story written by legendary Batman writer Dennis O’Neil, Batman returns from a case to find Alfred missing, while rumors of human sacrifice and strange, primitive rituals circulate in Gotham City. The second story, written by Grant Morrison and featuring art by Klaus Janson (BATMAN: THE DARK KNIGHT RETURNS), the Dark Knight Detective must defeat an immortal killer while dealing with a terrifying horror from Bruce Wayne’s youth. And in the third story, written by Doug Moench with art by Paul Gulacy, Batman confronts one of his oldest foes, Dr. Hugo Strange, who has formed a Gotham City task force to stop the Dark Knight. Collects BATMAN: LEGENDS OF THE DARK KNIGHT #1-15.

Now, Adams’ moody tales of the Dark Knight from the early 1970s are collected in trade paperback again, including a team-up story co-starring Deadman and the debut of the bestial Man-Bat. Collects BATMAN #219, DETECTIVE COMICS #395, #397, #400, #402, #404 and #407-408, and THE BRAVE AND THE BOLD #86 and #96.
