Matt Hawkins is the President of Top Cow Comics.

Rafaele Ienco is the creator of Epic Kill, with Symmetry, Mechanism, Fantastic Four and Avengers World in his credits.

Together… they don't fight crime. Instead they are creating an original graphic novel from Top Cow/Image Comics to be published in August.

In 2012 geneticists discovered how to write information on DNA, record data like on a computer hard drive. What if what we used to call junk DNA had information left there from millions of years ago? A post-graduate student discovers how to unlock this information and parts of bio-schematics and data are found in certain people. The largest scientific initiative since the Manhattan Projects was started and kept hidden from the rest of the world as this information is collected and collated…to what end even they don't know. Will they find a stairway to heaven or accidentally unleash something that will kill us all?

I'm going to bet… it's the latter. What do you reckon folks?
