Bleeding Cool Ranks All the Star Wars Movies So Far

Posted by December 17, 2017 Comment

The Consensus:

  1. Star Wars: Episode Episode V – The Empire Strikes Back
  2. Star Wars: Episode Episode IV – A New Hope
  3. Star Wars: Episode The Last Jedi
  4. Rogue One: A Star Wars Story
  5. Star Wars: Episode Episode VI – Return of the Jedi

  7. Star Wars: Episode Episode III – Revenge of the Sith
  8. Star Wars: Episode Episode II – Attack of the Clones
  9. Star Wars: Episode Episode I – The Phantom Menace

Next we have the variance of ranking. The result near the top is one we agreed on the most, and the bottom result is the one we just didn’t agree on.

  1. Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith
  2. Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones
  3. Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace
  4. Star Wars: Episode VIII – The Last Jedi
  5. Star Wars: Episode IV – A New Hope
  6. Star Wars: Episode V – The Empire Strikes Back
  7. Star Wars: Episode VI – Return of the Jedi
  8. Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens
  9. Rogue One: A Star Wars Story (2016)

We largely agreed until we got to The Force Awakens and Rogue One. Finally, here the rankings by release date.

  1. 1980
  2. 1977
  3. 2017
  4. 2016
  5. 1983
  6. 2015
  7. 2005
  8. 2002
  9. 1999

So, whose list do you most agree with? Is the staff of Bleeding Cool more right or more wrong? And what is your new order now that you’ve seen The Last Jedi? Let us know in the comments.
