Pixar Fest Coming To Disneyland April 13th!

I realize that April is some time away, but for those of us who are obsessed with Disney, we know that planning ahead means just that. During D23 this year, Disney Parks chairman Bob Chapek announced the limited time celebration, coming to the Disneyland resort. Starting April 13, 2018, park guests will be treated to a special fireworks show, new Pixar character meet and greets, food, merchandise, and the return of a fan favorite parade!

Disneyland will literally come alive with some of Pixar's most beloved characters. Sleeping Beauty Castle, the Rivers of America, It's A Small World, and Main Street USA will have the story come to life on them via projections. There will even be a fly over from Buzz Lightyear, similar to Tinkerbell in Magic Kingdom (Disney World).

Returning April 13th, the fan favorite "Paint the Night" parade will come to California Adventure. "Pixar Play Parade" is also coming to the park, and will dazzle and entertain guests at Disneyland. Over at the Sunset Showcase Theater, the Pixar Short Film Festival will show a number of Pixar shorts, similar to what we have in Epcot. Disneyland is really going all out with Pixar, and I for one am excited to see everything next summer!
