A Kiss Is Just A Kiss In Batgirl #15 (SPOILERS)

When today's issue of Batgirl #15 was solicited, there was much discussion about what this cover meant for Barbara Gordon and Dick Grayson, Batgirl and Nightwing, After all, they certainly had some shared history.

But, on publication of the comic, it is indeed that, shared history. Batgirl #15 by Hope Larson, Chris Wildgoose, Jose Marzan Jr and Mat Lopes continues the story of their first meeting, as it gets very intimate indeed.

The taking off of the costumes, as all Watchmen readers know, if the most intimate thing for all superheroes to undergo.

Even more than this…

But for those hanging on every lip, even a moment from the past, don't expect the creators to give you what you – or even the characters want.

Quick, quick, move on, nothing happened, you have years for this kind of underlying relationship to destroy everything else in your lives and leave fans writing heartfelt ballads, fanfic and tumblr posts devoted to the pair.

Batgirl #15 is published by DC Comics today. The people at fyeahdickandbabs and going to be most disappointed by this turn of events…
