Lucy Davis Confirms The Wonder Woman Epilogue Was Shot During Reshoots

We've seen a clip from the Etta Candy epilogue and the current reports are saying the scene is short. The scene appears to set up an interesting connection between Wonder Woman and Justice League. So why was thus scene left on the cutting room floor? Perhaps it just didn't fit when they were trying to put the movie together. That makes sense, but we learned something else about that scene today.

On Twitter, Lucy Davis, who plays Etta Candy, confirmed that the scene was shot during reshoots.

Why would they take the time to shoot a scene during the reshoots only to cut the scene later. Was it worth shooting an entire scene for the home release?
