Epic Games Brings Back The Unreal E3 Awards

Coming up a few weeks before E3, Epic Games has announced a partnership with VentureBeat to bring back the Unreal E3 Awards for 2017. The awards are designed to honor the best of the best who utilize the Unreal Engine and show off the potential it has. So basically an awards show that's also a marketing presentation.

The categories you can see this year are for Best Eye Candy, Best Hook, Most Addictive, Best Sequel, Best Original Game, Biggest Buzz, Best VR Game, Outstanding Gameplay and Unreal Underdog. Each winning team will receive an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti graphics card provided by NVIDIA. I can't lie, I'd kinda like to get my hands on one of those myself. Epic Games will also be holding their Unreal Engine E3 meetup at the Golden Gopher in Los Angeles on Wednesday, June 14 from 6-8 p.m. as part of their E3 festivities.
