A New Fear The Walking Dead Trailer Shows Humans Fighting Each Other And For Ground As The Walkers Advance

Fear the Walking Dead is returning on June 4th with it's 16 episode season three. In a new TV trailer, there's more strife between the humans, with the Otto's family ranch being the staging ground for a defense against approaching waves of walkers. But as with most places of safety in the Walking Dead universe, what's safe from Walkers isn't always safe from other humans (and more often than not, the safer it is the more likely that others will want to take it from you).

There's a few spoilers in the video, including seeing Luciana (Danay Garcia) back in action after being wounded in last season's finale, and the time at the ranch will be violent as promised by showrunner Dave Erickson. Erickson describes the brothers of Jack and Troy as "incredibly dangerous and violent." Adding, "There is an ugliness that pervades this ranch and an ugliness in Jeremiah Otto and his youngest son, Troy."

Set along the edge of the U.S.-Mexico border. The international lines have fallen away following the world's end, and those remaining are attempting to rebuild not only society, but families as well. Madison (Kim Dickens) has reconnected with Travis (Cliff Curtis), her apocalyptic partner, but Alicia (Alycia Debnam-Carey) has been fractured by her murder of Andres. Nick's (Frank Dillane) first action as a leader saw Luciana ambushed by an American militia group but they managed to escape death. Recovering both emotionally and physically, Strand (Colman Domingo) has his sights set on harnessing the new world's currency, and Ofelia's (Mercedes Mason) captivity will test her ability to survive and see if she can muster the savagery of her father.
