New 'The Mummy' Featurette Gives Us A First Look At Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde
There is a new featurette for The Mummy and it not only gives us our first look at the Mr. Hyde side of Russell Crowe's Dr. Jekyll. The featurette also goes into the society that Jekyll runs called Prodigium which is dedicated to fighting and studying monsters. This is basically setting up this universes version of SHIELD or ARGUS to get into superhero terms with Jekyll possibly being the Nick Fury behind the entire affair. We see shots of vampire skulls and what could be werewolf bones as well. Also, toward, the end, we see a very brief tease of what Mr. Hyde will look like though it's a blink and you miss it type of thing.
Summary: An ancient princess is awakened from her crypt beneath the desert, bringing with her malevolence grown over millennia, and terrors that defy human comprehension.
The Mummy will be released on June 9, 2017.
